Laundry Service:

We offer convenient and reliable wash and fold services, expert ironing, and specialised
care for both Airbnb bedding and household bedding.
Whether you're a busy household, a host preparing for your next guests, or simply looking
for perfectly cleaned and pressed laundry, our service is designed to save you time while
delivering fresh, hygienic, and neatly finished results. From everyday clothing to bed
sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, we handle every item with care and attention to
detail.

ONLINE: It’s super simple: choose the service you want and add it to the basket. Select the quantity and add extras if needed, then add it to your cart. Before checkout, you need to enter your postcode to confirm that we can collect from your area.
If collection is not available, please send us a message using the Contact Us web form and include images of the items you need cleaned. If we can do it, we will arrange postage for you.

IN-STORE: It’s even easier in person! Simply bring your items to our shop at 204a Heaton Road, Newcastle. We’re open 7 days a week for your convenience.
There’s no need to book — just drop your items off and our team will take care of the rest.

We make it easy for you! Free pick-up and delivery is available for online orders above a certain quantity. When placing your order on our website, you can select a convenient time window and specify a safe location for collection and delivery.

Shoes:

• Refresh cleaning: usually 1–2 working days
• Full deep cleaning: around 3–4 working days, depending on the condition
• Deluxe cleaning: typically 5 working days
• If the Express service add-on is included, these timeframes can be reduced by half or even sooner.
• We always do our best to speed up the process, and we’ll notify you by text or call if your items are ready for collection earlier.

Laundry:

• Wash dry and Fold : Next day delivery
• Wash dry and Fold Premium : Same day if book before 12pm.
• Ironing: Next day delivery
• AIRB&B : Next day delivery (express add on available for same day if book before 12pm)
• Bedding : Next day delivery

We treat most marks and grime, but some very stubborn stains may require extra care. If a stain cannot be fully removed, we’ll always advise you beforehand.

The following are some of the toughest stains that may not be completely removable, though we will do our best to treat the item:
• Mould on fabrics
• Ink
• Red wine
• Lipstick
• Grass
• Motor oil

While we cannot guarantee complete removal, we always aim to improve the condition of
your items as much as possible.

Extremely damaged or mouldy items may be tricky. If you’re unsure, just ask us first—we’ll advise honestly.

Payment is taken securely when you book your service.

We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and most standard online payments.

We’ve got your back! Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shoes and we’ll sort it out.

If you book a standard cleaning service Laundry/Shoes but your items require special treatment due to their condition, additional charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to explain the situation before proceeding with the cleaning. If you choose to cancel the service after being informed, we will return your items, with a £7 delivery charge deducted from your refund.
